I think for me the greatest thing I have taken away from this journey, is that the scale TRULY does not matter.

February 2019 I decided to make a change and eat healthier. What I ended up doing was going down to eat only 1200 calories a day. When I went back to Crossfit Webster, I found myself constantly hungry. I reached out to James at Resilience Nutrition to see what he could help me with.

The initial consultation call was awesome, and I really learned a lot from the beginning.

Over the next few months we increased my calories to fit my workout habits, but we also worked on my mindset on how I approach how much food I am consuming. I mean, who doesn't want to eat more?

My weekly check-ins always have fun facts, and educational pieces on my health in general. I learned to eat more fiber, and the benefits of it, also the proper way to track/measure my food.

I think for me the greatest thing I have taken away from this journey, is that the scale TRULY does not matter.

James has stuck with me through the adventures of summer time, too many weddings to count, and the every day events that occur. He always has a positive, encouraging attitude. There is never a better time to start working on yourself, or with James then now.
