We don't just provide a standard meal plan, rather we build a nutrition plan that helps you find what works best for your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Weekly formal check-ins will help to analyze what you are currently doing with your nutrition, what adjustments need to be made, and will provide education and strategies to make sure you are working towards your goals day after day, month after month.
We value long-term habit building and behavior changes, therefore we require a minimum 3-month commitment from our clients.
