1:1 Monthly Nutrition Coaching
For only 6+ month program members. Ask your coach if it can consider switching to monthly check-ins. Switching to this option is a great step in transitioning more accountability onto yourself. Your coach will set you up with nutrition recommendations for the entire month and then let you go to work without the weekly touchpoints. This is an excellent opportunity to put what you have learned to practice on your own, while still having access to your coach on a monthly basis.
